I know I'm very very late getting to this, chances are we won't be using newer standards in the core due to the fact we want to keep the libretro frontend to support older consoles such as the wii etc

Some of the shortcomings of this markdown mod is that it doesn't support doctoc and syntax highlighting, might need to see about adding certain markdown features as we see fit. But overall... Not terrible and it does the job fairly well.

First of all we need more information than what you provided. Newer builds of vba-m should have network enabled (and even then it is very buggy and we are still trying to fix that.)
What version of the emulator are you using first of all.
